housing through sweat equity. By using our program, the homeowner is
able build their new home and earn 25% to 38% equity the day they move
in. We provide 100% assistance and guidance via staff and sub
contractors during the course of construction.
How does it work?
As the homeowner/builder, you act as the general contractor and thus
eliminate the general contractor fee. This fee is usually 12% to 18% of the
